My factory fog light's clear plastic lens cover came off. This replacement mounted on my 02 Silverado Z71 No problem. Took all of 10 minutes. Lined up right with the factory holes. Easy installation. Only 2 screws

This Fog Light is a direct replacement. I searched a lot of sites and could not beat the price anywhere from Amazon or its vendor.

Both my lenses fell off my stock fog lights too. These looked identical to stock ones(not made in USA like stock ones though). They looked great and bolted on in 10 minutes. However, while driving down the road these lights bounced (flickered). The bracket on the top looked the same but it was more bendable. I swapped the bracket with the original and it works great. If you need the entire thing I would not buy but if you can use the original bracket these work great.
